Social media planning and measurement

Plan the calendar. Measure what it earned.

Algometric holds the content calendar and the performance figures in one place, so the decision about what to publish next is made against evidence rather than instinct. Every post carries its platform, its topic and its format, and every figure it later earns is attached to that same record.

Access is by invitation. Speak to an administrator if you need an account.

One record, from plan to result

Most teams plan in one tool and report from another, which is why the reporting rarely changes the planning. Here they are the same record.

A calendar that reads at a glance

Every platform carries its own colour, so a month is legible without reading a word. Select any entry to open the full record: the copy, the assets, the owner, the campaign, and every figure collected against it so far.

Formats compared honestly

Seminars, podcasts, videos, reels, photos and text are tracked as distinct formats. The breakdown stacks each format by platform, which separates a format that works everywhere from one that works on a single channel.

Rates derived, never entered

Engagement rate, save rate, click-through and frequency are calculated from the counts the platforms return. A rate can never disagree with the figures underneath it, because nobody types one in.

Scoped access

Organizations and campaigns bound what each person sees. A viewer reads the calendar and the results for their campaigns and nothing else, and every action is written to the audit log.

What it measures

Counts are collected from each platform. Everything expressed as a rate is derived from those counts at the moment it is displayed.

Engagement rate by reach The only engagement figure that compares fairly across accounts of different sizes.
Non-follower reach The clearest available signal of genuine discovery.
Save rate Saves against reach. The strongest intent signal on Instagram.
Frequency Impressions against reach. Above two, the same people are seeing it repeatedly.
Retention Three second views, average watch time and completion.
Follows per reach New followers attributed to a single post.
Click-through rate Link clicks against impressions, for anything driving traffic.
Return on ad spend Conversion value against spend, wherever money was applied.
